What to bring

Coming prepared is easy. Here's everything you need for your first session.

Broomball shoes

Special rubber-soled shoes for ice grip. Most associations have loaners for new players.

Gear available

Helmet, shoes, and brooms can be borrowed. Contact your local association before your first game.

Dress comfortably

Wear sporty clothes you can move in. Layers recommended - it's cold on the rink!

Arrive 15 min early

Time to sign in, get fitted with loaner gear, and receive a quick rules briefing.

Get there 15 minutes before start time. We'll sign you in and fit you with a helmet.

5-minute overview of the rules and basics. You'll be paired with experienced players who'll help.

You play!

Jump into a game with short shifts. Before you know it, you'll be scoring goals.
